Information you share with us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message. We use this information to respond and handle your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your question. Reading our articles and downloading our free printables does not require an account.

Creative Notes email newsletter

If you choose to subscribe to Creative Notes, we use your email address to send SnipMeadow journaling ideas, printable releases and paper projects. Our signup form and subscriber list are provided by Hostinger Reach. The form uses Cloudflare spam protection, which may process technical request information to help prevent automated abuse. Subscribing is optional and is not required to download our free printables.

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or contact hello@snipmeadow.com to request removal. We keep subscription information while you remain subscribed; limited unsubscribe records may be retained to respect your choice not to receive further messages.

Hosting and security

Our hosting provider, Hostinger, may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and request times to deliver and protect the website. Necessary technical processing is separate from optional audience statistics.

Cookies and audience statistics

We use Complianz to remember your cookie choices. Its functional cookies, commonly beginning with cmplz_, store consent preferences. Optional Google Analytics 4 statistics are managed through Google Tag Manager and are configured to start only after you allow statistics.

When you allow statistics, Google Analytics can measure pages viewed, referral sources, general device and browser information, approximate location and interactions such as printable download clicks. Analytics cookies, including _ga and cookies beginning with _ga_, help distinguish visits. We do not ask you to provide your name or email address for analytics.

You can accept or reject optional cookies in the banner and reopen your choices using Manage consent. Rejecting statistics does not prevent you from reading articles or downloading printables. You can also delete cookies in your browser. Changing your choice affects future collection; it does not automatically erase information already processed.

Service providers and external links

Hosting, email and analytics providers process information needed for their services. Their systems may process information in countries other than your own. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and read Google’s Privacy Policy. If you follow an external link, the destination website has its own privacy practices.

Retention and your requests

Information is retained for the purposes described here, including responding to requests, operating the site and maintaining security. Retention varies by service and type of information. Contact hello@snipmeadow.com to ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We will consider requests under applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.
